We can print on tee shirts, sweatshirts, hats, bags, athletic uniforms, blankets, jackets - anything that has an acceptable print surface and that's made from printable material, such as cotton, polyester, or nylon.
Screen printed designs should contain 6 colors or less, though there are more expensive types of printing that we can do to print more colors. The most attractive designs tend to have 3 or more colors.
Our standard set-up charge is $35. This includes preparing your artwork, outputting your film, and setting up your design, and we also include one free screen. Each additional screen is $12. If you provide us with camera-ready art, there is no set-up fee, though obviously you will be charged for all of your screens. For more extensive designing services, we charge an hourly design rate.
For each color of ink we use in your design, we need to prepare, expose and set up one screen. We charge $12 per screen to cover the cost of doing this. If you have more than one graphic on your garment (e.g., a left chest logo with a full back print), we try to fit as much artwork as we can on each screen so that we can minimize your screen costs. Screen charges are one-time fees, however, so when you place another order using the same design, we don't charge you to set your design back up again.
We can print anywhere you'd like us to, as long as it's possible, given our ability to arrange your garment sufficiently on our press. The most popular locations on shirts are left/right chest, full front, full back, and sleeve prints. Each additional print costs $1.50, since we have to remove and replace the garment on the press for each new print location. Extra prints such as personalizations and numbering cost $2.00 each.
There are extra charges for extra large garments, of course (XXL and up), as well as for specialty inks (e.g. metallic, glitter, puff, jelly, etc.) and fabrics that require special printing techniques, such as nylon. If you'd like us to ship your order, we charge a shipping fee to cover only what we are charged by the carrier - we don't add handling fees. Sometimes we may charge a rush fee if you need something rushed and it requires us to halt production on another order to accommodate yours, but this is rare!
We pride ourselves on our fast turnaround and work very hard to get you your order as soon as possible. Once your artwork has been approved and your order is finalized, we can usually have your order completed within a week.
