How do I know how much my embroidered items will cost?
We can give you an approximate quote once we know what garments you're choosing and what your design will be. Then, we can get you a more specific quote once we've determined your digitizing and running costs. Embroidery is, of course, a more expensive decorating option than screen printing. Once your artwork is created, it has to be digitized so that an embroidery machine can sew it onto individual garments. Digitizing costs vary, usually $40 or more, depending on your design (this is the cost we pay a professional digitizer to digitize your design, so the cost is above any artwork fees we charge for our work on your design). Each item sewn has to be handled extensively to finish off the sewing process, adding to the cost. Furthermore, pricing depends upon the stitch count of your design, which depends upon the complexity and size of your design. Does this mean that embroidery isn't the thing for you? Definitely not! You get what you pay for, in every way. We're just letting you know why it's a more expensive option than screen printing. Sometimes, only embroidery will do! And you'll love it, we guarantee.
